EasyDecision Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EasyDecision.cc ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.

2. Service Description

EasyDecision provides AI-powered analysis based on traditional Chinese astrological principles. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Personalized life guidance reports
• AI-generated decision support
• Interactive consultation services

3. User Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

3.2 Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Reverse engineer or exploit vulnerabilities
• Generate content violating third-party rights
• Impersonate any person or entity

4. Intellectual Property

All content generated by EasyDecision (reports, analyses, algorithms) remains our exclusive property. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use.

5. Subscription and Payment Terms

EasyDecision offers the following subscription options:

• Monthly Subscription: $1.99 per month, automatically renews until canceled
• Annual Subscription: $18.99 per year, automatically renews until canceled
• Lifetime Access: $49.99 one-time payment

5.1 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

5.2 Cancellation and Refund

You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your Apple ID account settings. Subscription fees are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. If you cancel a subscription, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

5.3 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will be communicated 30 days in advance and will only apply to subsequent billing cycles.

Our services provide general guidance and should not be considered as:

• Professional financial advice
• Medical or psychological treatment
• Legally binding predictions

7. Limitation of Liability

EasyDecision shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Losses from reliance on service content
• Service interruptions beyond our control

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Suspicious fraudulent activity
• Extended account inactivity (24+ months)

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland, excluding its conflict of law provisions.

10. Changes to Terms

EasyDecision reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website (easydecision.cc/terms.html) and become effective immediately. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
