One Account: One account per user is permitted

3. Subscriptions and Auto-Renewal

Available Plans

Free Plan: 1 consultation per day
Monthly Premium: $1.99/month - Unlimited access, priority processing, full history
Yearly Premium: $18.99/year - Save 20% vs monthly BEST VALUE
Lifetime Access: $49.99 one-time payment - Permanent access, all future updates included

Payment & Renewal Terms

Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Auto-Renewal: Monthly and Yearly subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.

Renewal Charge: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at the then-current subscription rate.

Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase. No refunds for partial periods.

Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Lifetime Purchases: Lifetime access is a one-time payment with no auto-renewal.

Price Changes: We may adjust prices for subscriptions at any time, with at least 30 days notice before the next renewal.

Our IP: We own the service, algorithms, and generated insights
License: You grant us a license to process your data solely to provide the service
Restrictions: No unauthorized reproduction or distribution of our content
Feedback: Any feedback you provide may be used to improve our service

As Is: Service provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
No Guarantees: No guarantee of specific outcomes from using our service
Liability Limit: To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months
Indirect Damages: Not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Third-Party Services: Not responsible for third-party services (Apple, etc.)
